  40. Check this box to skip this dialog the next time you use SimpleBackup. (Automatically starts backup and only requires intervention if an error occurs.) Use option key to regain control!

  43. (Saves time!)  If Delete Destination Folder option is checked, this option doesn't apply.

  45. Delete contents of destination folder before copying files.  The result is a "clean" backup. (If this option is not checked, files deleted from source volume will accumulate in destination folder from previous backups.)
